About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader in medical devices/surgical products who can drive growth, build key client relationships, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians & surgical staff.
- Analyze regional business data; lead quarterly reviews.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive consistent sales.
- Keep updated on competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Work with internal teams (R&D, Ops, Marketing) to improve offerings.
Qualifications
- Any graduate
- 10–15 years overall experience, minimum 5 years in medical/surgical device sales.
Compensation
₹10–15 LPA (Higher for deserving candidates)
