Air Source Heat Pump
Our 4 generation water heaters are air source Heat pump water heater. The Air Source Water Heaters are energy saving, Compact1 Eco friendly and affordable. The Diesel or Gas type conventional water heaters are too Expensive more pollution and more maintenance required. The Air sources heat pumps uses ambient temperature to heat water, no pollution & cheaper operation cost.
Working Principle
The main parts of the heat pumps are Evaporator, Heat Exchanger and compressor. The low temperature , low pressure refrigerator in the liquid state is made to pass through the evaporator where it absorbs heat from the ambient air and vaporizes. This Gaseous refrigerant is passed through a compressor where it is compressed to very high pressure. Since temperature is directly proportional to pressure the temperature of the refrigerant also increases, this high temperature , high pressure refrigerant is passed through a heat exchanger where will be flowing in the counter directions, Hence the water absorbs the refrigerant’s temperature and the water is heated. The refrigerant is passed through an expansion valve to reduce its pressure as well and the cycle continues.

Heat pumps mainly consist of a compressor. fan (applicable to air to water). Evaporator and condenser The compressor requires allelicity to compress the refrigerant and vaporize II. and the fan requires a small amount of electricity to continually blow air across the evaporator coils when units operating.
