Sr Manager / DGM – Medical Electronics

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced sales leader in medical devices/surgical products who can drive growth, build key client relationships, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians & surgical staff.
  • Analyze regional business data; lead quarterly reviews.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive consistent sales.
  • Keep updated on competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Work with internal teams (R&D, Ops, Marketing) to improve offerings.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate
  • 10–15 years overall experience, minimum 5 years in medical/surgical device sales.

Compensation

₹10–15 LPA (Higher for deserving candidates)
